Benchmark 7: Critical Reflection
Below is a copy of the Leadership Skills for NWP that students will be assessing themselves on, both as individuals and as a group. Students must not only use the Leadership skill title, but must be able to utilize the specific language within the description of each skill when arguing their strengths and areas of growth in project work at NWP.
All students will participate in an individual reflection.
Those who completed, or were in the process of creating, a final product will participate in a group reflection.
Those who completed their products will also write artist statements to further reflect on their creative choices.
